Toastmasters is as much a leadership programme as it is a communication programme. Founding officers help shape the culture, cadence and quality of the club.
Leads the club, chairs officer meetings and sets the tone for meeting quality and member experience.
Owns the Pathways education programme, meeting roster, mentor pairings and educational goals.
Recruits and onboards new members, tracks membership growth and hosts guests.
Runs communications, social media, newsletter, website updates and external partnerships.
Keeps meeting minutes, membership records and club correspondence.
Manages dues, fees, budget and reporting to Toastmasters International.
Prepares the meeting environment (in-person and virtual), materials, tech and hospitality.
We're actively recruiting founding officers. Prior Toastmasters experience is ideal but not essential — enthusiasm and commitment matter most.
